Andrew and his team provide robust but practical advice on all aspects of Body Corporate Administration and Compliance that the Committee has to deal with and has played an important role in helping the Committee to drive high standards of good corporate governance practice. Andrew’s business experience has also been most helpful to the Committee in working through strategically important projects that go well beyond just a Body Corporate practice. A complete review of the Caretaker & Letting Agreements including the remuneration for the first time since inception in 2002;

Fortunately, with Team Body Corporate in charge at No 1 we have competent management and that has been invaluable in dealing with a number of issues that have arisen during my time as Chairman. These included renegotiating the on-site caretaking and letting arrangements and embarking on some major upgrading of the common property.

Throughout Andrew Davidson and his team at Team Body Corporate have provided timely and professional advice ensuring that the committee deals appropriately with the complexities of strata legislation.
